Hyatt Place Johor Bahru Paradigm Mall

The hotel is well connected to Paradigm Mall, there is a side door next to the TWG store. The gym equipment is of good quality and well maintained. The bed is comfortable and the table and chair in the room can get serious work done. Thoughtful design in their power points and USB ports in the room. The bath soap, shampoo and conditioner smell great!

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Hyatt Place JB. To Mr Ashraf, thank you for your kind help during my early check-in process on 15Sept2025 (Room No 2016). Mr Daing and Mr Vin from the restaurant were very helpful during our breakfast time. The room is very clean and cosy for me and my babies. Other staff were also nice and friendly, but I just couldn't remember all their name. Last but not least, thank you to all the staff for making our staycation memorable.

Requested for connecting room and hotel delivered! Very grateful for that as I was travelling with 3 young children. Staff at front desk on ground floor whom we met and helped us check-in was very friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable.

The mall attached to the hotel makes the stay really convenient, may it be having a pharmacy near by or a coffee shop or an eatery, they are all within easy walking distances from the hotel, which is amazing.

It's very convenient if you have small kids as it is connected to the mall. The pool is clean and great for kids too. The room is spacious and the sofa bed is really helpful since we have 5pax. Not much TV channel for kids but it's good that they have casting options. Friendly hotel staff and not forgetting the Security at level G taking care of the Hyatt counter. They are always eager to help. There's a place to keep your trolley/bags even after your checkout. Got a complimentary cake for our birthday and anniversary.
